One of my favorite soups in the whole world is Minestrone. Since the commissary doesn't carry this brand I decided to make my own, especially since Olive Garden sounds so good but my body doesn't need it!
The best thing about this soup is all the veggies that go in it! I love carrots and zucchini, yumm!

Pair it with some Hawaiian bread and you have an amazing dinner!
